For Online Personal Training DM @ankit_gaurav_ . Lat Pulldown or Pull-Ups . I have seen many people at the gym on the back day starting off with #pullups as warm-up and then go to lat pulldown machine. It's okay until you're pulling the weight more than your bodyweight on lat pulldown. But, what happens most of the time that after doing pull ups people go to pulldown machine and start lifting weight lighter then their bodyweight. . For instance, if I weigh 75kgs and I can do 10-12 pull ups. Then going on to lat pull down machine and pulling lighter weights (suppose 35kgs) on the same movement is inefficient. Instead, start with 1-2 warm-up sets with weight lighter than your bodyweight on lat pulldown and then do pull ups as main sets. On today's episode of #thefitnesschroniclesofMj 2.3 💪🏾👊🏾 in #jackiesstrengthchallenge #deadlifts were all throughout this circuit and I must say that I have a #lovehaterelationship with them. I was rear ended in a car accident in 2017 and my lower back and shoulder was injured. I recovered, however, certain exercises tend to make the pain flare up and #deadlifts is one of them. I used lighter lighter #weights this time and that seemed to help. I used a #weightedbar and really focused on #form.
