Today I was out running with Beth from Bignor Hill to Houghton Forest and back. Beth will be supporting me on the next She Runs Outdoors run here; when the sky will be a different colour for our night run. Bignor Hill is listed as one of the best places to see the nights sky in the South Downs National Park due to its lack of light pollution. As we drop down into Houghton Forest it will be an exciting adventure as our headlights help us navigate through the trees. I will be leading the way so you don't need to worry about that! It’s #medalmonday and I’m still pumped about this past weekends Half Marathon. I I had a great time finishing my 2nd Half. 1:42 was my course time, Strava got 1:38 for my 13.1 time. Regardless of times, it was a blast and motivational enough for me to go looking at future half’s😊 I was in owe watching friends bust out the full marathon. Major kudos to you👊💪 Thank you to all my run clubs that have made me be able to complete a half.
