Always be yourself 🥀 It’s better to be disliked for being YOU than to be disliked for being someone you are NOT! The truth is that there will always be people out there with something negative to say about you or the choices you make, but trust me when I say: It’s a huge benefit to understand the ego mind and the way it effects people. You no longer will feel offended or the need to fire back, instead you will send over positive vibes in hopes they find security within themselves. This is what I do 99% of the time. This treatment towards you is a direct reflection of their relationship with themselves. So basically it’s important to know that their actions are a reflection of them, not you. To love yourself, is to love others and nobody who has this inner peace and love would EVER waste their energy trying to diminish someone else’s worth. Insecurity is powerful and it tries to drag everyone down with it. Do not fire back to these people because you are not helping them or yourself. If a man with a gun in his hand knocked on your door, would you let him inside? Most likely not. So don’t let negative words of others get into your head either. Protect your energy, ignore their negativity and you will feel a power you have never felt before! Spread love not hate 🙏🏼🙌🏼 #BeLoveSeeLoveSpreadLove

On January 7th 2018 at the heaviest I ever been I was 299lbs. It opened my eyes once I saw I was close to hitting 300lbs that day on I said I needed a change. I started eating healthy, training hard and set goals for myself. Now December 7th 2018 I am 224lbs officially lost 75lbs Im feeling better than I ever had before, it’s truly a blessing of how much life can change if you work hard and stay dedicated. TOP REASONS YOU’RE NOT LOSING WEIGHT (PART 2) Just to let you know that I’ve already published the first reason why you may not be losing weight so do look back at my recent posts and check out the first reason! The second reason you may not be losing weight is due to the intensity of your exercise. I don’t mean you need to be working insanely hard every session but this is a scenario I’ve come across a couple times recently. I’m just giving you a general example here —> you may be someone who goes out cycling 5 times a week for 60 minutes per session, so you feel like you’re very active, and although you’re eating relatively well, you still allow yourself more treats than normal due to the amount of exercise you believe you are doing every week. Having treats is absolutely fine just to re-assure you! BUT although you believe you complete 5 x 60 minute cycling sessions a week, you don’t actually break a sweat during these sessions which actually means you probably aren’t burning as many calories as you think you are. This is because you aren’t actually having to work that hard during your sessions. So although it may seem you’re exercising for a long time, you won’t be burning as many calories as you think you are. I can go over different kinds of exercises in a future post you can do if you would like an effective, calorie-burning workout which can be completed quickly! Let me know!
