YESSS!! 🍫🥜🙌🏽🎉 Tasty, sweet, soft, flavoursome, Peanut Buttery!....Indulgent. Class! 👌🏽👍🏽😋🔥💣🎉 Better than expected and has the search for a strong PB snack just ended?...Quite possibly! 👏🏽🤤😋✅. I enjoyed from start to finish...3 soft, delicious mini cake pieces which weighed 63g but individually feel light. I do really enjoy this format 👍🏽. On opening you get a delicious, sweet chocolate and peanut butter aroma and 3 delicious looking circular bites with a decadent full outer peanut butter smooth coating and a tasty chocolate zig zag drizzle on top. Very appealing! 😍👌🏽. On biting you get a fluffy smooth, soft cakey centre which had a choc cake colour and texture. Sweetness and flavour were both absolutely on point 👌🏽🍫🥜✅: pronounced peanut butter and chocolate sweet flavours as you want and which combine brilliantly. The PB coating gives a delicious sweet kick and reminded me of the @sinisterlabs PB cookie 🍪 🥜👌🏽😋. The inner core layer was a little chewy but still very easy to #TeamON have created another strong, classy cake bite here! 😋 This finished too quickly…a good sign!...I could easy have eaten 3 packs non stop! 👍🏽👌🏽🍰🎉👏🏽 Macros per 3 pack are strong 240 calories C24 F8 P20 especially given how good they taste!...👍🏽🔥 Summary: BRILLIANT! Great weekend and I had never even met @wickedphit in person before! We started communicating back in 2016 before Team U but never met then. All this time, we’ve both had our ups and downs and fate had it so that we could meet this weekend since I had a flight scheduled for EDC - which didn’t happen because I sold the tickets!!! She opened her home to me with no idea of who I was only through text and one conversation the night prior to my flight out to her. She’s a beautiful soul and she really has given me a different perspective on friendship, true genuine people that are still left out in this world worth calling “friend”! Miss her already!!!

I get alot of questions about my tricep development, so I'm gonna share some tips with you guys. There are three main heads in the Tricep. You have the long, lateral, and medial. The exercises performed above all hit these three areas of the tricep. 1. The long head, this is the big fat monster on the back of your arm. Giving you most of your power on press motions. This is why I have added the close grip bench. Close grip bench is fantastic for adding mass to the long head. You will want to always keep the body guessing and change rep ranges but most of the time 6 - 10 reps of heavy close grip seems to be my sweet spot. 2. Next is the medial head. The medial head can be kind of hidden on some people but dont worry. I have a solution. SKULLCRUSHERS. Yes these bad boys are one of the best in the business. If you notice when I do them i bring the bar behind my head for a complete range of motion. I'm a big believer that that extra 4 inches of moving the bar behind my head has drastically helped my tricep development. Any rep range is great on this exercise but 12 reps seems to be the best for myself. 3. The Lateral head, otherwise known as the horseshoe. This one was a toss up for me because ide usually say heavy dips are one of my favorite to build this area but... The cable rope pushdown won the battle. Why? Cable pushdowns are great because if you lock your core in tight, keep your arms close to your side and don't swing, this movement takes out mostly every other muscle group that could potentially help you with it. That's right alllll triceps on this one! So you will want to leave this motion for one of the last in your workout routine. I like high reps on this and 2 second holds / contractions. 15-20 reps is my preferred range. Here’s some practical advice for anyone who isn’t sure whether they should track macros or “eat cleaner” when dieting. “Making better food choices” goes hand in hand with understanding how to correctly manage your calories and macronutrients. By knowing how to set your calorie and macronutrient targets correctly, you set the foundation for your food choices. Once you know your caloric budget, and you’ve set your protein, carbohydrate, fat and fibre targets, in accordance with your lifestyle and goals, you’ll be able to make food choices which allow you to hit those targets on a consistent basis. If you’re foolish enough to attempt to hit all your macros and calories with junk, chances are you won’t hit your fibre target and your moods, energy levels and training performance will likely suffer. If you go the other way when dieting, and simply “eat as clean as possible” without regard for your macronutrient or caloric intake, you’ll likely fall short of hitting your requirements, and experience similar symptoms. It goes without saying that the above applies for the most part to anyone who is in a dieting and training mindset, and those who are trying to achieve specific fitness, strength, sporting or body composition goals. If you’re not dieting, and you simply want to enjoy your training and life, you can just eat food moderately, without having to micromanage your nutrition.
