My vegetarian journey began almost 2 weeks ago. So far I feel exactly the same. ✅SUMO✅ . 😳Alguna vez habrás visto esta técnica en el gimnasio y te harás preguntado por que, pueh vamos a verlo. . 🤔El peso muerto convencional es el más famoso, pero sinceramente, no es el más recomendable para todo el mundo. Dependiendo de tus características antropometricas podrás beneficiarte más de una técnica o más de otra. . 😌Para personas con un torso largo y unos brazos cortos será beneficioso el peso muerto sumo, al igual que para aquellos con torso corto o medio y brazos cortos. . 🆘Si estás incómodo en el peso muerto convencional quizá puede ser porque no tienes las características para ello, prueba el sumo. . ✅Como ventajas al sumo podremos observar un menor rango de movimiento y una menor carga lumbar, pero para realizarlo sin riesgo tendremos que tener una buena movilidad de cadera y no poseer ningún problema asociado. . 🚨Es una herramienta más, pruébala y elige en la que más cómodo estés.
