Flex Fit Member Update! Hello Flex Fitters, Thank you to begin with in patience of starting up the program. We are a week and a half in and are really enjoying how things are going. Below are some updates on were we are in the program. The heart rate monitor system is now correctly set up in the Flex Fit room. If you have your heart rate monitor already we can get you linked up to our system the next time you are in to class. If you have not gotten a monitor yet you are able to order them at https://landing.accurofit.com/flex-fit-gyms or will be available at the club for purchase in a couple weeks. Measurements and progress check ups. If you have not already please have Gina, Makenzie, Sam or Jimmy take your measurements for the Flex Fit program. Each member has a folder so we can track the progress. Lastly, the nutritional program has been sorted. Log in information will be sent to you no later then Friday! We will begin guiding you through the process! Please, let us know if you have any questions! Hope to see you at the next class!

Full Body Muscular Endurance: Today’s workout focus was moderate weights for high reps and working mostly in the Aerobic energy system to lengthen my work capacity. My target HR was 156 (180-age) so I could target a fat burning zone instead of falling in and out of Anaerobic and burning carbs/sugar too. • • I did 2 circuits with a lower/upper body push/pull and a quick Anaerobic cardio blast.
