The most beneficial parts are the rope split at the end( hold) and bringing the rope/arms back up slowly, this is where the micro tears happen, this is what gets rebuilt to increase the muscle size, if you are just pulling down and bouncing up your doing nothing but maybe burning a few calories. T A T T O O S ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ People get tattoos for all sorts of reasons but the foundation of all of them is self-expression. It is crazy to me how mainstream they have become. Even the most conservative people have at least a small one hidden. Even in office environments people are walking around with their tattoos showing. I remember when I first came into the corporate world, guys would wear long sleeves in the Texas heat just to keep them covered 😅 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I have 4 tattoos so far. This one is my latest, my biggest and the most meaningful one I have. You cant see the whole thing but it is 3 parrots sitting on a branch. I got it in honor of Bob Marley's 3 Little Birds, a song that brought me through a really tough time in my life and continues to do so. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Dont worry about a thing 'cause every little thing gonna be alright ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Sometimes it feels like the world is ending. New Personal Best🔥 3 Rep Max for 150kgs- dam it was hella heavy though😂 Also my form was not the greatest but that’s due to me struggling from the weight, definitely something I plan on improving! I had to try out the switch grip to pick up this load and I must say once I got used to the hand placement on lighter weights it actually made a big difference for my grip strength🔥 Super stoked I reached my goal but not too sure if I can actually go any heavier than this for a while😅 . I’d definitely say it’s a good start to the week smashing out a PB and keen for the rest of the weeks training🤘🏻

I’m currently on a mini cut trying to shift some body fat to see where I need improving then I will go back up again in foods.
