When training GLUTES🍑 I often come across girls saying they do not feel anything when they train them. Here’s why your most likely doing things wrong ❌ : starting with - 1️⃣ NOT activation your glutes before training them. 2️⃣ Have bad Mobility or don’t stretch so your muscles are tight & not flexible enough to perform proper form. 3️⃣ MOST IMPORTANTLY doing the wrong exercises for the glutes. This is the main reason, IG has put “squats” in every ones mind to be the most effective “booty exercise” that is absolutely WRONG❌ squats are a leg compound movement that works the quads & hamstrings primarily. Meaning the glutes are the last muscle working, which often results on bigger legs & no GLUTE development. In order to fully activate & progressively achieve the best results you must train them PROPERLY. 🍑 this workout is a perfect example of a GLUTE focused work out. Try it out 😊

Taking a week break from the gym turned out to be the best decision ever!! I finally got myself back to the gym today and I felt AMAZING. I hit a double workout w an intense hour of yoga, leg day after, then stair master and abs. I felt stronger than ever and could really tell my muscles needed that break to heal and grow. So I am telling you that taking breaks is OKAY. It’s good for your body physically and mentally! And when you’re ready, get back and keep growing. My body has been really loving me lately and I’m loving it back !! I’m feeling better than ever. Also got new workout shoes and some new shirts and I’m in love w my new black on black look 😍 eee I’m just a happy gal today, happy hump day!!
