Remember it is TOTALLY FINE to enjoy these occasions, it's how you come back from it. Get back on track the next day, go to the gym, go for a walk or prep meals for the week. Life is to be lived and enjoyed and does not mean you have messed up your progress 💪🏼

Hey guys! I promise I didn’t forget about you! I’ve been traveling and am finally back home in Boston for a consistent amount of time. While I was away I barely trained, and when I did it was mainly cardio. Fair to say I probably lost some of my strength, but NEVER my motivation and discipline 😎 One thing that I am trying for a change is NO MEAT. You’re probably wondering if I’m crazy considering I eat like a pound of chicken a day.. Nope! Not kidding.. I don’t know if I can say I’m going vegetarian (or trying it out), but i am in the process of figuring out how to get a ton of protein from plant sources. If you know me you know I LOVE trying new things out, so I will keep you guys posted on how this process works out for me. Okay, I’m done! Go continue kicking ass 💥
