Is SISU a cult? - From an outside perspective YES it would appear so… - But when you bring like minded people together with the same goal, to become leaner, stronger, fitter versions of themselves. - Creating a community of people together that normally would not mix on the outside world. - Together, all experiencing the same workout, the same victories and struggles in and out of the gym. - Building life long friendships and relationships with people they would have never crossed paths with in every day life, but with the same invested interest. - Having a strong community around you in massively over looked within fitness, that’s why so many people take out gym membership and never go. - Why? - Because they don’t feel like they fit enough or not worthy to be there, and people will stare, laugh, and judge. - FCUK THAT! - Fitness should not be a chore or something you have to do, it should be something you enjoy. - If you are not enjoying it you are doing the wrong form of exercise. - Find something you love doing. - Have people around you to support you. - If you would rather go for a long walk 3 times a week instead of doing HIIT cardio in your front room then go FCKING do it, you are more likely to stick at it and reap the benefits of exercise. - Over and out! - #SISULOVE

It’s also pink in recognition of October being breast cancer awareness month for that reminder this morning 💕 Try this recipe out and pop a few of these Free Soul protein balls in your Tupperware for a filling & healthy snack! - INGREDIENTS⬇️ 💗30g Free Soul Berry Vegan Protein 💗100g Oats 💗35g Coconut Flour 🥥 💗20g Shredded Coconut 🥥 💗30g Coconut Oil 🥥 💗Lots of light Syrup 🍯 💗Fresh/ Frozen Raspberries 💗Desiccated Coconut 🥥 METHOD⬇️ 1. Split the mixture in half [half the protein balls will be pink]. 2. Place ingredients in blender, mix until you get a sticky dough. 3. Repeat with second batch. 4. Add splash of water if too dry. 5. Last night before I stuffed my face with a huge burger n cheese fries😁🍔. Woke up still feeling full🤣. - I don’t make a habit of eating like this but on a serious note.. I’ve learnt not to be scared of eating lots of the right foods. It’s totally okay and very necessary to be eating more (eating in a calorie surplus) when you are looking to build muscle, add some size and get those heavier lifts!💪🏼🍑 ... Gaining weight in order to build muscle is not the same as gaining weight through bad nutrition! So put them extra cals to good use🙌🏼. - Thicka days are on the horizon (booty building season is among us girls😜), I feel some winter gains to be had🤓. - Happy Saturday, make the most✨.
