DER ULTIMATIVE BRUSTKILLER Hallo Sportsfreunde 💪 Heute möchte ich euch eine kleine Trainingsinspiration geben, wie ihr eure Brust total zerstören könnt ☝️ Vorab wichtig! - Die letzte Wiederholung muss so aussehen wie die erste also sauber - wärmt euch gut auf, es wird mehrmals zum Muskelversagen kommen - Diese Methode ist nicht für Einsteiger geeignet 1.Übung: Schrägbankdrücken an der Multipresse - legt euch 3 Scheiben auf pro Seite, macht 10 Wiederholungen - 1 Scheibe runter, 10 wiederholungen - 1 Scheibe runter, 10 Wiederholungen ❌ Das zählt als 1 satz❌ - macht 4-5 Sätze!! 2.Übung: Cable Crossover - wählt ein Gewicht aus für 10 sehr saubere langsame Wiederholungen - macht 10 Wiederholungen - 2,5kg weniger, 10 Wiederholungen - 2,5kg weniger, 10 Wiederholungen ❌ Das zählt als 1 satz❌ - macht 3-4 Sätze!!
