Self reflection is critical. 😮Utilizing your strengths and working through your weaknesses is what personal growth is all about. Having this insight can also have an impact on your decision making, relationships with others, and quite possibly in the success of your business. 💪 . . There are 100s of personality test out there for you to take: #myersbriggs , #discassessment , #enneagram , #lovelanguages , #16personalities, colour test…..the list goes on. Our favourite here at Freedom Cafe though is Strength Finders by Tom Rath (created by Don Clifton). After taking the test, you’ll find out your top 5 strengths from 34 themes. And sometimes they are scary accurate. Taking this test is even a part of our Founder Forum program. Founder members find after taking this test that they have greater confidence, self-awareness and energy. 👍 . . This is not an ad, we just really love this book! The only way we’ve been able to take the test is by purchasing the book for the access code. If you have the $20, it is well worth it to discover how you are uniquely powerful! 🤩 . . Let us know in the comments what personality tests you’ve taken and what your results are.👇

To anyone who might be able to relate to those times when you genuinely try to be kind and friendly but your motive gets questioned. Life of an INFJ: “INFJs want a meaningful life and deep connections with other people. They do not tend to share themselves freely but appreciate emotional intimacy with a select, committed few. Although their rich inner life can sometimes make them seem mysterious or private to others, they profoundly value authentic connections with people they trust. To INFJ’s, the world is a place full of inequity – but it doesn’t have to be. No other personality type is better suited to create a movement to right a wrong, no matter how big or small. INFJs just need to remember that while they’re busy taking care of the world, they need to take care of themselves, too.” . . . #exploretheglobe #adventureseeker #vacationlife #wonderfulplaces #passportlife #awesomepix #travelbucketlist #roadtrip #wanderlust #travelguide #doyoutravel #travellingchicos #bushwalking #visitnsw #sydney #australia #hiking #bluemountains #aussieadventure #rainforest #springtime #cascade chasingwaterfall #waterfall #vscofilter #16personalities #infj #infjpersonality #mindboggling

There are many personality measures and each one offers its own unique insight into what makes you tick. But aside from being a pleasant 20-minute distraction, there are real benefits to taking personality tests. They can help inform your career path and it can also help you better understand your strengths and weaknesses that can come in handy both personally and professionally. • First up, the most commonly used personality test, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. • The MBTI is an introspective self-report questionnaire indicating differing psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions. It is based on the conceptual theory proposed by Swiss psychiatrist Carl Jung, who speculated that people experience the world using four principal psychological functions – sensation, intuition, feeling and thinking. The four categories are Introversion/Extraversion, Sensing/Intuition, Thinking/Feeling, Judging/Perception. Each person is said to have one preferred quality from each category, producing 16 unique types. • I am an ENFJ-A, also known as a Protagonist or Mentor. • ENFJ indicates a person who is energized by time spent with others (E), who focuses on ideas and concepts rather than facts and details (N), who makes decisions based on feelings and values (F) and who prefers to be planned and organized rather than spontaneous and flexible (J). The Identity scale, made up of the Assertive (A) and Turbulent (T) personality traits indicates how confident we are in our abilities, decisions and the way we react to the things life throws at us. • Protagonists are natural-born leaders, full of passion and charisma. Forming around two percent of the population, with a natural confidence that begets influence they are oftentimes our politicians, coaches, teachers, therapists or sales agents, reaching out and inspiring others to achieve and to do good in the world. • ENFJs value honesty, openness and understanding in their relationships. Their greatest contribution is their ability to throw all their energies into developing others and making a lasting difference in people’s lives. ⬇️ Rest of post in comments ⬇️
