To come into standing split, take an exhale to fold forward, then lift slightly and shift your weight into your right leg. Reach all the way up into your right glute as you lift your left leg toward the ceiling. Push weight into your arms and then slowly drop the head down. @kinoyoga #tuesdaytutorial
