Since seeing more changes in my body than on the scale, I stopped weighing in a few weeks ago until today. I’ve been consistently doing full body workouts 3 times a week and lazy keto as well as performing at a physically demanding job. I’m officially down over 10 lbs, finally getting over my plateau, and about 43 away from my “gw.” I use that term loosely as my goal is to be healthy and overall physically and mentally strong. I’ve been diagnosed with a mild case of PCOS which creates insulin resistance and furthermore causes your body to store more fat. Call it an excuse but I see it as a realization that my body reacts differently as all others do. I’m learning to be patient with myself, understand what works best for me and to make all my goals a reality for myself and myself only. #trusttheprocess #selflove #driven
