It can also be what stops people from attempting these moves. ✨🌙🤸🏽‍♂️✨🌙🤸🏽‍♂️✨🌙 If that’s you, don’t let it be! Our bodies have some hardcore self preservation instincts and it’s good to test your limits and even go beyond your preconceived limitations. It doesn’t have to be this way. In fact, if you ask most trainers or fit people, and even me- I’ll tell you the 80/20 rule is the way to go. If you can eat healthy 80% of the time and allow yourself 20% of the time to indulge, you can strike the proper balance of being fit and also allowing some room for fun. Squat! Hinge! Push! Pull! Invert! Today’s session was a mix of barbell/kettlebell training and Bodyweight exercises. 1️⃣I’ve gotta admit I’ve fallen in love with the barbell back squat again 🥰❤️! So I did 5x5 with #85 (keeping it light while tightening up my form) 2️⃣Then I did some Single Leg Deadlifts with the kettlebell 5x5 with the #12kg bell 3️⃣Neurogrip Push-ups 3x3-haven’t done these in a minute! Waaay harder than I remembered! 4️⃣Chin-ups 5x2 (still feeling hard! Probably will get easier as I lean out!) also working on slow controlled negatives, too! 5️⃣Forearm Stand x 3 holds And my body is on fire 🔥!! Still gotta lose these last #10lbs til I’m at my pre-preggo weight!
