Throughout my career as a trainer, I've regularly heard people say "I just can't get out of bed in the morning". My philosophy on this has always included, getting better sleep as that makes it easier to wake up, so heres a few tips on how to achieve better sleep:⁣ ⁣ ✅Use night-time settings to reduce the blue light (this light has the biggest impact on receptors) on electronic devices.⁣ ⁣ ✅Try to have a regular bedtime and put your devices down before you start getting ready for bed. ⁣ Set your phone to silent before you go to bed, or turn notifications off so your sleep isn’t disrupted during the night. ⁣ ⁣ ✅Try to avoid using your phone or tablet IN BED. ⁣ ⁣ ✅Be hydrated before sleeping.⁣ ⁣ ✅Make sleep a priority by trying to go to sleep and wake up at consistent times during the week. ⁣ ⁣ https://www.kaylaitsines.com/blogs/education/how-technology-can-impact-your-sleep @lifeofenzo.swe

Taking it slow this week! #33weekspregnant and getting SUPER TIRED. BUT doing these quick workout sessions has been helping me have the energy to get through the day. I am actually SO HAPPY and grateful to have been able to workout during my pregnancy. It has helped me keep my MIND and BODY healthy in preparation for this little muffin. Something that happens all the time, people call me a fitness blogger, but thats not who I am. I’m not documenting my own fitness experience. I know ‘personal trainer’ doesn’t sound as ‘cool’ but that’s what I AM. A qualified trainer with REAL clients. I started training in 2009, moving from a women’s only facility to become a mobile trainer. I went on to open my very own women’s only studio providing one on one training, group sessions, working to improve mobility for clients with injuries, helping women with weight loss, muscle gain, improving overall fitness but most importantly training to FEEL better. I am many things in this industry, but at no point have I ever thought of myself as 'fitness blogger' or 'famous'. I live in Adelaide, South Australia and I will continue to live here because I love my family and I love what I do. I take my job VERY seriously and consider it a great responsibility and PRIVILEGE to be able to help women ALL over the world achieve their health and fitness goals. I asked so many women and 99% answered "bread" or "pasta" . Ladies, bread and pasta are NOT the only carbs on offer. #Carbohydrates are KEY for maximum energy, stamina, concentration and recovery. They are especially important if you are working out regularly as they are an amazing source of fuel for YOUR body. Think of carbohydrates as the gas needed to fuel a car. 😁 #BBG!!! The resistance workouts in my program are ALL 28 minutes. This 28 minute workout is divided into FOUR 7-minute circuits. 4 circuits x 7 minutes = 28 mins! Here is how you complete them. ⁣ ⁣ -Circuit 1 for seven minutes- There are 4 exercises per circuit (the reps are next to the exercise). Do as many laps of those exercises as you can until the 7 minute timer runs out. ⁣ .⁣ -Circuit 2 for seven minutes- Do as many laps of those exercises as you can until the seven minute timer runs out. ⁣ .⁣ THEN⁣ .⁣ -Repeat Circuit 1 for seven minutes⁣ .⁣ -Repeat Circuit 2 for seven minutes⁣ .⁣ DONE ... and now you are ready to stretch! ⁣ .⁣ :D⁣ ⁣ www.kaylaitsines.com/app
