Forever matching the staging at open houses 🏡💙❤️
When you show up to work wearing the same thing as your coworker 😄◾️▫️◾️▫️
Loved holding this beauty open today 🏡✨ This house is so gorgeous in so many ways and I had so much fun talking to everyone who came through. I met someone who is from my hometown (Miami) and went to my rival high school. Such a small world. Two people came in who were from LA, which made my day because SoCal people just naturally get each other. So fun. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This gorgeous, totally upgraded home is at 231 More Ave in Los Gatos 🏡 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 4🛏 | 3.5🛁 | 2,321 sq ft | 8,400 sq ft lot $2,298,000
Happy Fourth! 🇺🇸💥 Had an absolute blast at our neighborhood block party. My neighbors know how to throw a party 🙌🏻 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We had three water slides, snow cones, bbq, a parade, photo booth, balloon animals, a visit from the fire department and soooo much fun walking the street getting to hang out with everyone. I love how spirited this block is around the holidays and the Fourth of July party did not disappoint. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ What a fun day getting to spend time with friends and neighbors. I’m emotionally exhausted today from all of the excitement but hope to return to baseline soon 😄 And yes, that’s my child in a dino costume 🦖 He chooses his own outfits and I’ve learned to just let him be. All in all an amazing day. Happy birthday, America 🇺🇸♥️
Happy Wednesday to everyone except my child who had a level 10 meltdown because I wouldn’t let him eat cake for breakfast ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Is Instagram back up? This day has been painful.
Tour life 🏡🏡🏡🏡 I can get in and out of houses with tons of stairs, in heels, in five minutes flat. It’s a skill ✔️
Smiling because it’s Friday and I get to host all of my neighbors for our summer Friday block party tonight 🎉
Pre-Dry Creek Grill dinner vibes 🖤 Cute restaurant, unexpected vibe, but not sure I can get past its strip mall location. Suburbia, you kill me sometimes.
When you’ve had two cups of coffee and it’s not even 8am ☕️
That fresh dermaplaning facial feeling 🧖🏻♀️✨ Just had the bestttt dermaplaning facial at SkinSpirit by @emilysbeautygains and my skin is so happy rn 😄 I’m obsessed. I made my coworkers touch my skin once I got to the office (I’ve asked them for weirder things), that’s how into it I am. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ SkinSpirit is offering 15% or $50 off your first treatment if you mention this post. I HIGHLY recommend Emily Avery. She knows her skincare and is super passionate about what she does. She’ll leave you GLOWING ✨ Not to mention she is absolutely stunning 😍 DM me or leave a comment with any questions ☺️
My hair scarf collection is starting to get out of control. This may be number six 🦓
Freshly hung mirror and dresser vibes ✨ I moved into this house eight months ago and finally have a room that’s near completion 🙈😄 Between being insanely particular about every little detail and budgeting out new furniture (vs buying everything at once), it’s taken me forever to get this house in order. The master is so close to being completely done though and I’m so happy about it 🤗 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I’m sure I’ll reach the year mark before the entire house is done. Does it take anyone else a year to fully finish decorating a house? Or is it just me? 🤣
Egg chair number 7283874 I’ve seen on tour 🥚🥚🥚 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ These egg chairs are everywhere and I’m slightly obsessed. I’m also obsessed with this house, which is at 11 Tait Ave in Los Gatos. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Tait houses are special because they’re located in the desirable Almond Grove neighborhood of Los Gatos, are walking distance to downtown, and have tons of character. But what makes them truly unique is the transformation they undergo on Halloween. Thousands of trick-or-treaters flock to Tait Avenue for Los Gatos’ biggest block party, and each home is decorated in over-the-top Halloween decor by its owners. Halloween on Tait is one of my favorite holiday traditions and I’ve always thought about how cool it must be to own one of these homes. This beauty is priced at $3,198,000, egg chair negotiable 😝
This summer is all about the move-up buyer 🏡🗝 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It’s the perfect time to get into a bigger home. Well-prepped (and priced) homes are still selling quickly, interest rates are crazy low, and the home buying process is less competitive. This combination makes it a perfect time to sell and then buy again. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you’ve been thinking about making a move, I’d highly recommend starting the process this summer ☀️⛱
