Instead of #firefly I picked #bhujapidasana a

#ThinkPinkYogis day 2 . Instead of #firefly I picked #bhujapidasana as I find it more accessible than firefly. I want to continue my story... Few months after my first surgery I again notice lump in my breast. And not a small one. Again. Just after few months. I went to control immediately and again results said something is not okay and again surgery. This second was much better than 1st. I knew how it goes. And everything was thankfully ok. They removed it and I was home same day. I talked with my doctor who and he said that sometimes results can be wrong and only on pathology are the results true. And guess what?! I discovered lump again. And went on ultrasound and this time I will just control it with ultrasound. No more needles and surgeries for now. It is so much important to check our breasts. We can do it once in a week under a shower. Just examine your breasts, it takes only a minute. As early detection is the key in fighting against cancer, do ultrasound once a year and self control every week. It really doesn't take much time. We have only one life and this body. We must take care of ourselves and love ourselves no matter what. #ThinkPinkYogis day 1 . #padmasana with #hridayamudra I chose this relaxed variation with #lotuspose So happy this challenge started and we organised it with the help of our amazing sponsors. I would like to share my story. In primary school I found a lump in my breast and told my Mum about it and she took me to doctor who said that it is probably fibroadenoma and I just need to keep it under control by going to ultrasound control every year. I went to controls not so regularly and then I stopped for few years. After few years I went to control again and doctor found 3 or 4 (I don't remember really) new lumps and the old lump I had got bigger. Next thing was lump aspiration and when I got results doctor said that something is bad and I need to go to surgery. I remember when I came to hospital and lay in my bed there were 2 women with me in room. Both had malignant tumors. And I was crying there before my surgery because I didn't knew what will happen. What will be when I wake up. But I woke up and everything was okay. All 4 or 5 lumps were removed and they were all fibroadenoma. I got home next day and doctor told me it will be small cut and when I removed gauze at home I could see it were big cuts, and it was like a small part of my breast was cut off. I didn't feel okay seeing it but hopefully, after some time I was and am so happy that everything was okay and scars are here only to remind me of some period of my life... It's Friday

#RelaxYourAsana day 10 . #karnapidasana for the last day. It's Friday and today it is going to be fantastic. Weekend is finally here. I count it after 9 PM when my yoga class is finish. Then two days of relaxation and self love. My Karnapidasana would maybe look better and more correct if I had worm up before. From Halasana, put your knees next to ears. You can leave hands on the floor or you can put them on feet. And try to relax few breaths and enjoy. This whole week was busy for me, I didn't have much time for relaxation so I am waiting for Saturday so much. I will try to relax as much as I can and spend it with my dog. Time spent with him is so refreshing, relaxed and beautiful for me so when I don't have much time during the week, I try to have it on weekends at least. #WheelYogaFun day 6 #malasana variation is my choice today. I was feeling so down today. I didn't wake up on time for work, my alarm wasn't working, but I manage to get there on time, although I was feeling like I am in a dream. And rest of the day was like that. Until after my two yoga classes. After them I got so much energy, that's what I love about teaching. Every time I try to give my best to that people, but I get so much back. And that's what counts. In hip opening class it is among the first seated poses and when I am doing extensions, then it is among last. As contra position. I really love

#HappyBodyHappyYou2 day 2. #gomukhasana or #cowfacepose I really love this pose. It opens my hips so nicely. Feel sitting bones are on the ground, and get with feet as close to hips as you can. Extend and strengthen the spine and you can just stay there and breathe. Or you can try to raise same arm as upper leg is (right leg is on top - raise right arm), bend the elbow and slide with palm down the spine. Move elbow back as much as you can, then bend other arm in elbow and send it back. Try to reach with fingers or just use strap, or anything else, if you cannot touch fingers. Stay here, breathe and you can slowly gaze up, and as you move gaze up, you will move your upper arm/elbow to the back and stretch it more. Make sure to repeat on the other side. #HappyBodyHappyYou2 finally started. First pose is #utthitahastapadangusthasana or #handtobigtoepose with the help of Infinity strap. For this pose, keep your bottom leg straight and activated, with inhale raise upper leg and if you cannot reach to big toe, you can use a strap, towel or something. And you can slightly bend upper leg in knee and work on straighten it. Keep hips aligned, belly activated and shoulders aligned.
