🙆🏻‍♀️Rounded shoulders? 🏋️‍♂️Rounded upper back? 🚴‍♂️Struggling to have upright posture? 👉🏼Want to find a more open chest & expansive breath❓✳️There are a lot of things that contribute to this posture. From desk job & driving postures to overly strong pecs & front focused gym work..Whatever the cause, working the upper back is KEY 🔑 ✅PULLING STRAPS is one of the most classical Reformer exercises. It appears SO simple & I always included it when I first started teaching. Then after some years I started leaving it out from time to time (bad idea!!!🙅🏻‍♀️) ⭐️Not so long ago I was reminded of JUST HOW CHALLENGING IT REALLY IS💪🏼💪🏼👊🏼👊🏼ESPECIALLY when SLOWED🐢🐢🐢DOWN.. like WAY down, painfully down. Those muscles just aren’t as strong as the front body. And how much time do we ever spend in that LONG extended posture?! Do you⁉️TRY IT⚡️💥 ▶️AND THEN here’s what I was attempting to show IN THIS VIDEO: just pulling the arms back is OFTEN NOT ENOUGH⚠️. 🐬DOLPHIN & MAGICIAN 🎩 FIRE🔥🔥 to tone, sculpt, & lean those luscious legs 😍 One of my favorites for reshaping that lower body and undulating spine all the way to toes🙌🏼 ▶️Pushing into and further than the straps while keeping the hips up & undulating through the spine, uses: well.. glutes, obliques, transverse, backs of shoulders, inner thighs, just to highlight a few. ❇️A great FULL BODY integrated exercise connecting top to bottom, sometimes forgotten about, so if you haven’t done it in a while try fitting it in your routine this week!😃👍🏼 Difficult to see on the video is the beats at the end, 4x 🦶 flexed 4x 🦶 pointed, awesome heat up for ADductors💯 ...I had just come in after SUP so I was sticking to the Cadillac 😁🥴so it is terrible less fluid than it should be 🤷🏻‍♀️sorry about that!
