Sign us up. ⁣ Vegan, Gluten-free Gnocchi with Brown "Butter" Mushroom Sage Sauce by @avokween⁣ ⁣ Ingredients:⁣ 1 package fresh or frozen vegan gnocchi (check that it’s gluten-free if that’s important to you) ⁣ 1 cup fresh culinary mushrooms (shiitake and enoki are lovely)⁣ 2 scoops #FourSigmatic Mushroom Blend⁣ 6 Tbsp vegan butter⁣ 3-4 fresh sage leaves, plus a few more for garnish⁣ Salt and pepper, to taste⁣ ⁣ Instructions:⁣ 1. Boil gnocchi according to package instructions (you'll know its done when the gnocchi floats!) Drain and set aside.⁣ 2. Begin the sauce. Melt butter in a saucepan with Mushroom Blend and cook on low until slightly browned and fragrant. Be careful not to burn!⁣ 3. Remove butter from heat. Prefer a more solid recipe? @veggiekins super simple Miso Mushroom Ramen may be the one for you:⁣ ⁣ (serves 1 hungry human or 2 kinda-hungry humans)⁣ 1 serving ramen noodles (gluten-free if preferred)⁣ 3-4 cups water or veggie broth⁣ 1-2 Tbsp miso paste (soy free option: use chickpea or rice based miso)⁣ 3/4 cup mixed mushrooms (I used shimeji, enoki and button mushroom)⁣ 1/2 tsp white pepper⁣ 4 scoops #FourSigmatic Mushroom Blend Mix⁣ ⁣ Optional: 4-5 slices steamed lotus root, green onion, sesame seeds, salt + pepper to taste⁣ ⁣ Instructions⁣ 1. Prepare your ramen noodles according to package directions, then strain and set aside.⁣ 2. Bring 3-4 cups of water or veggie broth to a boil. Toss in mixed mushrooms and seaweed and allow to cook for 2-3 minutes, or until tender. ⁣ 3. Add in extra immune support as the weather gets colder and you’ve never had better. @Shuangys_kitchensink Upgraded Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte Dairy Free | Half Caffeine (only 50mg of caffeine per cup) Ingredients: 2 scoops #FourSigmatic Mushroom Blend 1 packet #FourSigmatic Mushroom Coffee with Lion’s Mane 1/2 cup water 2 Tbsp canned pumpkin puree 2 Tbsp maple syrup 1/2 cup of coconut milk (or any milk of your choice) 2 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice Add all ingredients to a saucepan, and whisk on medium heat. Once it starts to bubble a little bit, turn heat to low and whisk until everything is well combined. Sprinkle extra cinnamon on top or add whipped cream.
