Because Friday is almost here, right? ⁣ ⁣ Makes 2 (double for 4 days of breakfast with very little prep) ⁣ ⁣ Layer 1⁣ 2 Tbsp #FourSigmatic Ground Mushroom Coffee⁣ 1⁄2 cup hot water⁣ 1 1⁄2 cups rolled oats⁣ 1 cup coconut milk⁣ 3 Tbsp maple syrup⁣ 1 tsp vanilla⁣ Layer 2⁣ 1⁄2 cup rolled oats⁣ 1⁄2 cup coconut milk⁣ 1 Tbsp maple syrup ⁣ 1⁄2 tsp vanilla⁣ Toppings⁣ Cocoa Powder⁣ Nut Butter⁣ Hemp Hearts⁣ Cacao Nibs⁣ ⁣ 1. Brew the mushroom coffee in your preferred method, Using 2 tablespoons of mushroom coffee and 1⁄2 cup of water to make a strong cup of coffee. Save more time by using Instant Mushroom Coffee. ⁣ 2. Add the coffee to a bowl, along with the oats, coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla. Mix together, cover, and refrigerate overnight.

Movement Challenge Day 3: Spend 5 minutes doing neck and wrist stretches. Stretch your shoulders (yes, the ones you’re currently hunching as you scroll), and give your fingers a break from typing. Set your phone done and follow these four stretches:⁣ 1⃣Tilt Your Neck Side To Side: With your back straight and eyes looking straight ahead, slowly tilt your head to the right side until you feel a stretch in the side of your left shoulder and neck. Hold stretch for 30 seconds and repeat on left side.⁣ ⁣ 2⃣Stretch Your Neck Down: Clasp your hands, and bring both palms to the back of your head. Begin to press your hands down slowly, tucking chin into your chest. Hold for 30 seconds then slowly release.⁣ ⁣ 3⃣Interior Wrist Stretch: Place your right hand out in front of you, and turn your arm until your fingers point towards the ground, with your palms facing out. Take your left hand and slowly begin to push fingers towards you until you feel a stretch in the wrist. Hold for 30 seconds then release, repeat to left side.⁣ ⁣ 4⃣Exterior Wrist Stretch: Place your right arm out in front of you and bend your wrist down. So grab your favorite book, and whip up this dairy-free Coffee Ice Cream by @realfoodwithjessica⁣⁣ 2 cans full-fat coconut milk⁣⁣ 1/4 cup maple syrup ⁣⁣ 1/3 cup cacao powder ⁣⁣ 1/8 tsp salt⁣⁣ 4 packets #FourSigmatic Mushroom Coffee with Lion's Mane & Chaga⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ INSTRUCTIONS⁣⁣ In a small saucepan, combine coconut milk, maple syrup, cacao powder, salt and Mushroom Coffee. Heat over medium heat, whisking, until smooth and combined. About 3-5 min. Remove from heat and pour into 2 ice cube trays, place in the freezer and freeze until solid. Overnight is best. Place one tray of cubes in a high powered blender and blend until smooth (about 5 minutes). Stop and scrape down the sides as needed. Scoop that mixture into a loaf pan and place in the freezer while you blend the other half. And all you want to do is be curled up with a hot coffee (perhaps with a pump of pumpkin spice), and a piece of coffee cake. But then it turns out it’s still too hot to turn that oven on. Thank goodness @bakeitpaleo made us some low sugar, vegan Coffee Almond Butter Cups.⁣ ⁣ Makes 12 mini cups⁣ Ingredients:⁣ 1 cup dark chocolate chips⁣ 1/4 cup almond butter⁣ 1 packet Four Sigmatic Mushroom Coffee Mix⁣ 1 Tbsp coconut sugar⁣ 1 Tbsp coconut oil, melted ⁣ 1/4 tsp vanilla extract⁣ Flaked sea salt (optional)⁣ ⁣ Instructions⁣ 1⃣In a small saucepan, melt chocolate over low heat, stirring frequently.⁣ 2⃣Once fully melted, remove from heat. Pour 1 teaspoon of melted chocolate into mini cupcake liners or silicone cupcake mold. Freeze 5 minutes to harden.⁣ 3⃣In a small mixing bowl, combine almond butter, #FourSigmatic Mushroom Coffee, coconut sugar, coconut oil and vanilla. Pour 1 teaspoon almond butter mixture on top of hardened chocolate. Freeze 20-30 minutes to set.⁣ 4⃣Pour remaining melted chocolate over almond butter (about 1 teaspoon) and sprinkle with flaked sea salt.
