Join Deb on Sunday, November 3rd for our fall session of yoga nidra. Yoga nidra is a state in which the body is completely relaxed. Some of the benefits include reducing stress, connecting with yourself, clearing the mind for learning, and an efficient way to obtain sleep. The cost of the workshop is $25 for non-members and $20 for Drishtiq members. We hope to see you there!
