Ps: I'm pretty upset that @instagram wants to censor bathing suits on women now but men are okay? Like what!?! Why? What's wrong with a woman being confident in her skin??? All you're creating is more body shaming and more women feeling bad for who they truly are, the most remarkable feminine. Ladies, You are beautiful regardless of what any standard America tries to hold you against.. It's pretty sad that we are in this era that we have to censor every single part of a woman. It's disgusting. I am pretty modest myself in fact, even posting this makes me feel uncomfortable but you know what at the end of the day there are women out there who are so happy for what they have achieved and want to just feel confident in their own skin. LET THEM. Stop trying to make people feel bad for who they are. It really just disgusts me. What is wrong with a female body I would love a wonderful explanation? Right, there's nothing wrong. So why are we censoring something that is so natural? Just being real.

Women who shine their unique light into the world. Women who aren’t afraid to be exactly who they are meant to be. It saddens me that it is rare to find a woman who passionately loves herself. It saddens me how we so often hate our bodies, how we disrespect ourselves by putting everyone else before and above us, and how we constantly compare ourselves to others, or to an idealized image of who we think we should be. It saddens me that so many of us say we are sorry when someone steps on our  toe, and get habituated to apologizing for our very existence. Stop doing that shit! Surrender has been one of my challenges forever (at least it seems that way to me). I must admit that I have come a long way but I realize that once again, I had been battling a part of myself that has great power and potential to protect me and give me a type of abundance that some part of me yearns for but at the same time there is another part that is fighting to know, therefore control the situation. I realized I couldn't let doors open if I was hanging on to how the outcome would happen. Soon as I did that so many doors opened. I started my own little business, which is going well! Today, take a look at where you will not let something go. What are you trying to control in your life? Why do we always want to control the outcome of something? Could it stem from the way others have treated us in the past? Could it be from trauma? Are you fighting to hold on or have control? These are entirely different. Could you be doing both. Could the control be a trigger from fear of letting go? There is another way. There is a way to look at it. The way of allowing the magic and miracles of the universe that is all around to give you more abundance. To give you peace and happiness. But they lurk in the hidden corners of your subconscious until you are ready to open to a totally new way. There are always answers just not often where you are looking. Control puts us in a lower vibrational state, which causes us not to see the truth of things because we are desperately trying to make it work for us. We also send the universe negative energy therefore it comes right back to us. Let go of expectations. Let life flow. We don't always need the answers instantly. Trust and believe is all it takes to receive the magic of the universe. You can't change a situation by desperately holding onto it. Relax. Breathe. Let it go. Take care of yourself. Know it's coming but don't worry when. Let go of control. Let the universe take it. Once we release the need to be in charge is when we finally can see the truth. Control can cause us to run from that. So what are you desperately holding on to that you know isn't serving your highest good at the moment? -my thoughts 💭
