Where are you going? How are you getting there? Driving? Walking? Biking? Any stops along the way? You get the picture. First, set GOALS! Second, invest in a FITNESS TRACKER! It is important to know how many calories you are currently burning so I can help you determine how much of a deficit or surplus you need to be in (and for how long) to hit your goals. Otherwise, we are both guessing and taking our best shot in the dark. - - Cardio πŸ‘‰ See answer to question 1. Cardio is a method used to increase daily calories burned. If you're burning too many calories while trying to build muscle, you won't build muscle!
