[Mobility] Do you wake up with stiff shoulders? Are your shoulders restricted in some movement range? Try these Scapular circles, as shown by coach @danielchan.bodytree. Moving the shoulder blades (scapular) consistently and often may provide some relief to your shoulders, and it definitely will get you moving better.
