Let’s talk weaning off of #coffee and #vintage countertops . For the next 10 days I will be participating in a cleanse; letting my adrenals rest is important. Made this little 2 cupper #frenchpress this morning. Drinking one cup (with a scoop of coconut fat from the can😍) and throughly enjoying it.
