Day 5 of #invertedwork2 is forearm stand drills! . All arms work always make me think how to elevate my shoulders. Shoulder push ups (as shown in first vid) are great to help you train your body how to shift between depression and elevation of the shoulders (you want elevation). This is the tough job for me to trained myself and yet it is very useful. . Day 4 of #invertedwork2 is handstand! Yes, my favorite too on hands 🖐️ . Today I realized I have very unstable engagement on my core because my left ribs has been flared out for long time until my shoulder and neck feel discomfort. Thanks to yoga to make me aware and practice back correct Alignment to heal myself. Today I found out reason why I always drop to right on my straight up handstand. I bring awareness to actively close my left ribs and I feel more breath can hold. And my left shoulder no more feel stress.
