Move your eye here! One more amazing shot of Wulong Temple surrounded by karst landscape in Chongqing 重庆武隆寺. Have a nice weekend ahead you all 💚 . 🇨🇳INFORMATION🇨🇳 Wulong Karst National Geology Park, an important part of South China Karst, is situated at the lower reaches of the Wujiang River in Southeast Chongqing. It was named as a world natural heritage by UNESCO in 2007. . Wulong Karst features spectacular karst landscapes and is a valuable treasure that nature created. It is a cluster of several karst landscapes, consisting of gorges, natural bridges, caves, eroded dolines, shafts and underground streams. . These karst landforms developed in the carbonate rocks, vividly recording the development and evolution of karst terrain in the Three Gorges area since Pleistocene Era. Furong Cave, Three Natural Bridges and Houping Giant Doline are the three representative karst landforms, developing under the condition of intermittent uplifting movement of the earth. . Each of the three karst systems standing alone forms a spectacular landscape. Furong Cave, literally Lotus Cave, abounds with various karren sediments forming many splendid natural wonders. The limestone sediments are also of great significance in scientific study. . The three natural bridges constitute the largest natural bridge cluster in Asia, and the natural karst bridges are quite high and grand, a sight rarely seen anywhere in the world. Houping Giant Doline is the prime example and the largest tiankeng cluster formed by erosion in the world and the longest underground cavern system in Asia. ⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊ 📍Photo credit: @_deepsky 📍Selected by: @linas_travelphotography ⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊ #LOVES_CHINA #china🇨🇳 #china #中国 #ig_china #igerschina #instachina #chinatravel #travelchina #visitchina #discoverchina #mychinagram #武隆寺 #wulongtemple #chongqing #重庆 #chengdu #suzhou #hangzhou #guilin #yangshuo #zhangjiajie #temple #mountains #buildings #shanghai #beijing #beautifuldestinations #travelasia #_deepsky_lc ⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊

Starbucks has established in Beijing's Hutong 北京胡同的星巴克. For about 30 years ago, those absolutely first eye opening for famous West brands were Kentucky Fried Chicken for example, then it was McDonald's and Pizza Hut etc. Drinking coffee isn't the first things for a Chinese, then once they are here, it is more a fashionable thing, most for the young people and office employees. For story about Hutongs read below! . 🇨🇳INFORMATION🇨🇳 Hutong, small streets or so called alley, is a typical symbol for Beijing's culture. They are located only in central Beijing in the areas where was the old Beijing. Hutong is surrounded more and more by modern skyscrapers. Thus, protecting them is an urgent and important task. . People say that the real culture of Beijing is the culture of Hutong and Courtyards. In fact, Hutong is a Mongolian word meaning water well. Now they have become representatives of local culture, you just need to take it as your first choice if you would like to learn about the local history and culture of Beijing. . In the past, Beijing was composed of hundreds of courtyards around the Forbidden City, and these lanes stretched out in all four directions, connecting the different kinds of courtyards in the city. . Although originally formed in Yuan Dynasty, the building of the these developed fast during Ming and Qing Dynasties (1368 - 1911). In Yuan Dynasty, there were about 29 Hutongs, while in Ming Dynasty, it increased to 1,070. In Qing Dynasty, it grew to 2,076. It is said that by 1949 there were as many as 3,250! . However, with the passage of time and the requirement for city construction, the number of Hutong has fallen dramatically.
